The Personal Integration Process (PIP) is the unique method that author and spiritual guide, Dr Carlos Warter has developed out of his own deep experiential work and his knowledge of psychology. Having taught it to others for over 25 years, Dr. Warter is confident that the healing that occurs as a result of the 5 nights 6 days intensive, transformational process affects the physiology at a cellular level, as deep-seated barriers to self-knowledge, teamwork, creativity, productivity, and healthy relationships are cleared away. It is the foundation of The Genome Approach. Dr. Warter also offers this course for professionals.

The process is designed to clean up the childhood conditioning that blocks one from accessing one’s essential nature. The purpose is to not only create a personal tool for dealing with negative emotions but a way to access higher consciousness. Carlos Warter believes that this process is the fundamental step to the Pathway to the Soul. A person not only participates powerfully in self growth but opens the way to spiritual attunement with this process, resulting in improved relationships and quality of life. Now Dr. Warter has refined it even more with the introduction of the Genome Approach.
